The Housing & Residential Life Conference Request form allows Conference Services staff to initiate services and is the first step of the process. Once we receive the form we will contact you to continue the process. We also use the completed Conference Request form to assist in generating the Conference Services Agreement, which when executed, will confirm and guarantee reservations.
